Miles is very driven and a focused individual who we have known since our inception in 2011. We saw very early on Miles passion and true enthusiasm in bodybuilding, and this was something that could not be reckoned with. His 'mind over matter' ethos is something that really struck us. Miles has previously competed in Male Physique competitions notably  in the FIT X FEDERATION. 

At present Miles balances a full time job with Online coaching and a strict training regime. Miles will be entering Male physique  competitions in summer 2025 and we are certain he will give the competition a run for their money.
