FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY - NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC USE
Description
TLB 150 Benzoate, more commonly known as RAD 150, is an esterified form of RAD 140 designed for a longer active life and steadier blood levels with less frequent administering during testing. Esterification is an acid catalyzed substitution reaction and in the case ofRAD 140to RAD 150 it involves the addition of a Benzoate ester. Esterification with Benzoate also alkalinizes the molecule for greater stability.
RAD140 has demonstrated an array of effects in clinical studies including:
Improved body fat loss and weight loss
Increased lean muscle growth and protein synthesis
Increased removal of beta amyloid plaques from the brain [1]
Resistance of Breast and Prostate tissue against certain cancers
Increased endurance
However, it must be understood that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not confirmed any health effects of RAD 140 or RAD 150 for human beings or approved it for human use, and both drugs should be used for laboratory research use only. RAD 150 is very new and does not currently have any clinical studies on its effects in humans or severity of side effects.
